Planning Permission granted. Development Completed.

  • Promotion of two major housing allocations (500 dwellings +) in the Hucknall area in the Ashfield Local Plan and Gedling Local Plan review for CWS Property and Persimmon Homes Limited/Wilcon Homes Northern Limited respectively: Preliminary planning advice; Master Planning; Local Plan representations.   • (1999/2001 Mixed use [health and fitness unit, unit shops, lodge hotel] development on same site for same Client [+ Fitness First Plc]: Planning Application. Planning Permission granted, development completed).

  • New Business and Industrial Park at Rothley, Leicestershire, for Shire Properties Limited: Planning Application and Professional Evidence to S77 Call In and Local Plan Public Local Inquiries.
